How do I activate my license?
After purchasing, you'll receive an email from Paddle with your transaction ID (starts with txn_). Click the Atoms extension icon, enter your transaction ID in the license field, and click Activate. Your license will sync across all your Chrome browsers.
Where do I find my transaction ID?
Your transaction ID is in the purchase confirmation email from Paddle. Look for a code that starts with txn_ followed by letters and numbers. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or contact us with your purchase email.
Can I use Atoms on multiple computers?
Yes! Your license can be activated on up to 3 devices. You'll see your device usage (e.g., "2/3 devices") in the extension popup. Need more devices? Contact support.
What does "1 year of updates" mean?
Your one-time purchase includes all updates and new features released within one year of purchase. After that, the extension continues to work forever, but you'll need to renew ($29/year) to get new features.
The extension isn't working on a page
Atoms can't run on Chrome system pages (chrome://), the Chrome Web Store, or other extension pages. Make sure you're on a regular website. If it's still not working, try refreshing the page or reinstalling the extension.
How do I enable Atoms on a page?
Click the floating Atoms button (purple atom icon) in the bottom-right corner of any webpage, or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+A (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+A (Mac).
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Atoms isn't right for you, email us at support@atoms.so within 14 days of purchase and we'll process a full refund.
Does Atoms collect my browsing data?
No. All page analysis happens locally in your browser. We don't collect, store, or transmit any data about the pages you visit. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I export my analysis?
Click the Export button in the popup to copy your analysis as Markdown. You can also use "Clone Brief" to export a structured breakdown of any page's SEO elements for content strategy.
